MENTAL HEALTH
COVID as a Chance for Personal Growth? No Thank You.
Can’t we all finally admit that we are just barely surviving?
Lately, all of my social media feeds have unanimously decided that it was time for Emilia to finally become the best version of herself.
Meh.
I have since been bombarded by things that I should do, shouldn’t do, should buy, shouldn’t buy, should use, and shouldn’t use — and all of these supposedly helping me with something that (according to Meta’s algorithm it seems) I have painfully neglected: personal growth.

No, my banana bread is still a dry lump of something, but certainly not edible cake.
Oh, and what about that smashing good-looking summer body of mine that I should have by now? Oh no, I must have missed…
