Sometimes it almost seems like these words are en vogue and anyone using or misusing these terms think they're mental health advocates. I don't want to judge anyone either, but being someone who genuinely suffered from a toxic relationship with a narcissist mother (as in NPD and not as in "oh she's so vain and I don't like her") this is such a reassuring article.
