Hi Lorrae, thanks so much for reading and commenting! The situation is complicated. The attic is shared so I can’t lock it. Audio recording the kids could land me in jail, and if I call child protection I’m sure my life will be living hell. I might call the police next time I see the kids locked outside on their balcony.
