I noticed that I had started doing this myself, but you're absolutely right that this is a form of greed. So I'm publishing everything right away now and the ideas still keep coming. I have a feeling that as long as you're holding your ideas back fresh ones won't come to mind. It's like those hoarded ideas are blocking your creativity.
