Some people in my family work for tech companies, and almost the entire workforce is remote. Their teams are operating entirelly virtual. Those companies are forward-thinking. I don't work in tech, but I'm part of an international team and would be able to work 100% from home, but my employer just says no. And the reason is: because we can. That's just ridiculous.
