Wow. Thank you so much for writing about this. I never really thought anyone would know how sleep paralysis feels. It’s been a few years since I last woke up in the middle of the night unable to move, but I still vividly remember the terror. I used to have this for many years and then it just stopped one day. I never really thought of researching this thb. Thanks for this great read!
